have you suffered an injury even a recurrence of an old injury maybe speak with the doc if it`s giving you anxiety.

Hi Robert123890. I'm sorry to hear of your back pain. Know that pain of any sort

can bring about our anxiety causing us to feel more pain.

As kenster1 stated, talking with your physician to find the cause and explanation

of your pain, can help reduce your distress some. From there you can get some

relief through other methods of pain reduction. Physical Therapy, Medications,

Meditation/Breathing exercises etc. If it's a chronic injury or disc problem, Pain Clinics

can address the pain on a longer term basis. I wish you well. I'm happy you have
