Hollow feeling when taking Sertraline?

Hi. I'm new here. Just wondering how other people feel when taking 50mg Sertraline. I've been on it for around 3 weeks and it felt like it was working at first because it definitely lifted my mood a bit. But now it feels like it isn't doing anything and I feel hollow all the time as if I should be feeling low but it's being blocked out, but the hollow mood also isn't a good mood. Is this normal and should I bring it up at my next doctor's appointment?

Hello, I had little or no side affects on Seteraline, I loved it, it did me well for 10 years when I built up a tolerance to it. I would always ask for a print out when I got new drugs, and by all means talk to your Dr. you need peace of mind. Sending love, and hugs.....Sprinkle 1....
