Rescue inhaler and Anxiety?
I have issues with panic attacks, and I have a
Ventolin
(albuterol) inhaler. I have very mild asthma. It says that being "jittery" is a side effect of using the inhaler. Does this mean it could trigger a panic attack if I use it?

Asthma flare not settling....
Hi all, I'm a (usually) well controlled asthmatic on Seretide 125 twice daily with very occasional use of
ventolin
. About a month ago after a week of camping/being outdoors, my asthma flared (tight chest, no wheeze or cough) and I was started on Pred 40mgs daily for 5 days.

Trouble loading symbicort turbohaler 😞
Also, I was told not to use my
ventolin
, but to use the symbicort as my preventer and reliever instead - I am not sure what to do if my symptoms worsen though. Any advice would be appreciated. Hope you have a lovely weekend, Flossie 😊 xx

Ventolin
for 2 yrs when I was told I had late on set Asthma, I asked if I can stop taking the Inhalers then ,

Inhaler side effects
I used to be on a light brown one (unsure of the correct name) but stopped taking it 2/3 years back and just use the
Ventolin
when I need to.

So Confused by sudden worsening of Asthma
I had taken my
Ventolin
3 times that night. I was distraught. Finally on day 7 I felt like things were improving but I still didn't feel 100%.

Asthma playing up and forgot to refill prescription (not emergency).
On the bright side, I suppose it could have progressed into a proper attack without the
ventolin
/space - last year I likely wouldn't have been carrying them. No real point to this post, just venting.

Looking for AF advice - runner!
In the early days, it was my asthma which caused me problems, having attacks and having to take mountains of
ventolin
, and walk or stop.

The air that I breath.
Guess what, it works bettering
ventolin
. Quickly clears strong perfumes, nasty smells etc. Now you may think I'm as thick as pig muck but I have recently found another way......my mobility scooter.

My first post and need advice please
So here I am a couple of months later, no cough, no wheezing, no feeling that I need to use the
Ventolin
and haven't used the Forsair. I'm 74 and have chronic back pain but I get out walking most days and I can keep up a reasonable pace and hold a conversation without any problem.

Asthma attack vs exaccerbation
The past couple of years I’ve been fine with just the odd puff of
ventolin
and no other symptoms but I got a chest infection last week and found that couldn’t stop coughing and weirdly breathing out was harder than breathing in.

Bad reaction to Fostair.
I never needed to use the
Ventolin
inhaler, and felt as if I was asthma free! But 7 or 8 weeks down the line, and I have developed a few problems, the worst is a recurring raised and itchy rash with swollen wheals of raised skin on my neck and rash on my face, neck, chest and back.
