Update: 9 months into my hypo journey - starting to take control, advice please.
I wonder if you very knowledgeable admins / fellow members may be able to give me some advice on my initial test results below from Oct 18 and let me know if you think the raised
TPO
level indicates Hashimoto disease as a cause of my hypothyroidism?

Is any of this true?
I was positive for
TPO
antibodies, my TSH was 3.6, and my t4 was at the bottom of the range. The symptoms I was having begged to differ. I hate it when doctors treat numbers instead of symptoms. Rant over.

Update to 'help with blood test results please'. More help needed!!
Thanks for the advice! I have posted the blood test results again, just for reference. I saw a gastroenterologist for anaemia, who was about as much use as a chocolate teapot! Told me I wasn't very anaemic and to take a different form of iron tablet. Said that the B12, THS, and 'other thyroid bits' were

GP Limits Levo to 50mcg
My previous results in March were labelled as 'Excellent' by my GP, despite the fact that
TPO
had increased from 168 to 209 (0-75) and both T3 and T4 were at the bottom of the reference range.

Which Folate supplements would you recommend and some general advice please!
Raised Tgab not
TPO
but haven't had them tested for ages as refused. I am very much by myself here and it does get overwhelming sometimes so I am very grateful for your thoughts and apologies for long post. Thankyou

Should I feel well??
Long story short, I was diagnosed with Hashimotos about 10 years ago with a
TPO
reading of 1500 but have never been medicated as I’ve remained euthyroid. My TSH is always below 1 - usually about 0.9.
