BAT question. A little worried about results.
During the four weeks off Nubeqa I’m getting weekly
testosterone
injections and rechecking T and PSA. I’m concerned that after 2 weeks my PSA is back to 14. Is BAT not working for me or is it too soon to tell? Thanks

Enzalutamide/Xtandi monotherapy as ADT with fewer side effects than Lupron
Enzalutamide does not lower
testosterone
and estrogen, it even increases the level of these.

Question please
I just wondered (I'm paying for a private blood/hormones test) if
testosterone
helps with libido? Thank you.

Who got their T level done before ADT?
I was a month into ADT before I realized that I had no baseline
Testosterone
number!I know the treatment is all about reducing T, but now that I'm considering vacation possibilities I think it would be helpful to know what my unadjusted level was.

ASCO 23 - Transdermal square-wave testosterone therapy
As you no doubt know, Denmeade's BAT cycle is a 28-day modulation of
testosterone
[T] from ~2,000 ng/dL down to near castrate. The BAT cycle typically begins with a T-cypionate injection into muscle. In the new pilot study, T was delivered daily, transdermally, for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Potentially diagnosed PCOS
A blood test showed
testosterone
was above normal range, low progesterone an LH of 22 and my white blood cell count was under the lower end of the reference range. I am due to go for a transviginal scan in a couple of weeks to see what’s going on internally but the GP said it’s most likely PCOS.

Estrogen Receptors
The AR is important too - growth will not occur if there is no
testosterone
. PCa cells that have ERα, can create the estradiol needed to activate it - from
testosterone
, via the aromatase enzyme. Aromatase has no role in cells until ERα appears.

It's Back - The Way Ahead
Triplet therapy - SBRT, Orgovyx and Xtandi, the latter being an "ARI," androgen receptor inhibitor, preceding the PCa cells from binding with
testosterone
, their fuel. He's checking with TRICARE For Life on cost...don't see an issue., I checked with Express Scripts, monthly co-pay $14.

Triple Therapy
I understand that the Abiraterone inhibits the cancer’s ability to create its own
testosterone
. Does the Docetaxel accomplish the same thing? I’m guessing the answer is no, or the Peace1 trial would have given all participants a Abiraterone vacation otherwise.

chlamydia questions
I got my
testosterone
test and it was good and i got a scrotum ultrasound which was again good. 2.Will there be recovery possible for whatever i'm experiencing slowly as the body recovers over time.? 3.Are there chances that the bacteria is still living in my gut.?

BAT in the UK: does if officially exist
Given the status of
testosterone
cypionate in most of the EU, desperate stage 4s only option is to navigate the risks of taking fake drugs the are faced by body builders. Many belief that BAT will eventually be SOC but many of us can't wait around for years of trials to get there.

Hello, dear people!
Strangely, his
testosterone
level was dowm 0,3. We were devastated, this situation scared us, since then we had no peace. His doctor immediately changed his treatment and completed Eligard and Xgeva with Xtady.

[/i]" I started seeing my integrative medicine guy in 2006, because he supported my use of androstenedione to increase
testosterone
. One of the tools he liked to use for new patients was a hair analysis.

HRT issues - Plus need to hear about experiences with testosterone
I really don't want to add more things to my regime but can people share their experiences with
testosterone
, I understand it comes in a gel? How can I get this? Will I need to see a private gynae?
