Having a melt down. FET due Friday 25th and partner has tested positive for Covid tonight.
Honestly sometimes feel like the universe is trying to tell me something! Soo fed up! This FET has gone sooo smoothly I couldn't believe it, I knew it was too good to be true. Tonight my partner said he felt a bit rough so as a precaution did a LFT and it's positive. We are both nurses that have worked

What would you do?
Haha, can’t believe I was worried about covid delaying our FET by a month. We had our consultation today to discuss starting medication and were told that all treatment at our clinic, other than OI has been suspended because all the embryologists have resigned 🥺 I had heard rumours on here but hadn

Heavy Bleeding 8dp5dt
Hello, Over the weekend I've had really heavy bleeding around 8dp5dt. I am taking 400mg cyclogest three times a day. When the bleeding started on Friday or was a brown discharge colour (sorry for the information!) so I assumed it was implantation bleeding and didn't call the clinic. I then did a pregnancy

ARGC ~any experiences??
Hi ladies, I hope you are doing well and keeping your spirit and hopes high 😘😍🌈 After egg batching for a year (3 rounds) with CRGH and 2 euploid embryos initially of which 1 BFN recently, I am in doubt if CRGC is giving the right treatment and focus. I am thinking of moving to ARGC for the last

7th ICSI failed 😞
Hi all lovely ladies, Hope all are well. This round I got 1 embryo with normal chromosome. 7 days after FET, beta was low only 10, next 2 days was up to 15. However on day 12 it was 2. A little bit of my background: round 1 with 3 transfer, all ended up BFN. Round 2, 1 FET with chemical pregnancy.

Blastocyst not fully expanded
Has anyone had success with a fet where the blastocyst was only 50% expanded? Feeling really disheartened

COVID test
Hello, does everyone know if COVID tests are still required ahead of egg collection and embryo transfer? Are partners allowed to go inside the clinic / theatre now? Many thanks x

Covid risk with social events during FET preparation?
Hi all, I hope you’re keeping well and looking after yourselves! I’m in the process of preparing for a FET cycle and am due to start my medication shortly. I’ve got a few social events coming up over the next few days, some of which include larger gatherings for drinks/dinners in restaurants. Do you

Our little embrio is in! Worried about going back to work…
I had my first FET yesterday. Egg retrieval was back in November so it’s been a 4 month wait (thanks Omicron.) It’s such a nice feeling to know that our embrio (expanding blastocyst) is now in. Thinking about how and when implantation might happen and what I can and can’t do, especially with my diet

What day is FET usually done?
I only have a few days to wait as I have my day 10 scan on Friday 18th March but I also have a big exam due the following week Thursday 24th March. So I am trying to figure out roughly how long after the day 10 scan and the start of the progesterone (I am presuming that will start the day after the

We transferred one embryo. To early to test??
Thank you for the advice regarding 1 or 2 embryos to be transferred. We chose to go with 1 in the end by advice from the clinic and reading your posts. This is our second FET and I must say I feel the same as last time no symptoms or anything. Apart from yesterday I had horrendous back pain and the

*Sensitive* - 5th transfer update
Hi all I've been a little quiet on here with my own updates as I have been wrapping my mental health in cotton wool a little after the rollercoaster of our last transfer attempts and miscarriage last year. But I just wanted to share some good news (as I don't often get to!). I'm also really sorry if

Starting stims today - anyone want to be my cycle buddy?
My quest for sibling continues after a failed FET last week, I'm starting with a fresh short protocol cycle with my first injection tonight. It's been 3 years since I did a fresh cycle so I feel a bit out of practice and it was a little depressing that my AFC had more than halved since my last cycle

Back to the grind
Hi Everyone, This time last year I was waiting to start my Stims for my first round of IVF. If someone had told me back then, that I would have had a baby by now which I have had to spend my savings on a headstone for, I would have never gone through with those injections. But here I am. With 3 embryos

Update on next steps
Hi everyone I thought Id give you a quick update since my last post. My consultant thinks the implementation failure was due to quality of Embroy even though they graded is top quality 4AA. He has suggested I do another cycle to bank more eggs due to my age. He also suggested I do the ERA tests when

*sensitive* 10dp5dt - BFP - advice on how to deal with the anxiety?
Hello to all the amazing ladies. So first of all I want to say that I don’t want to sound ungrateful about a BFP at all because we are excited but ooh boy the other feelings… So I caved and tested early from 8dp because I had a chemical last FET and wouldn’t want to ‘miss’ it. See image for the tests
