Eclipse Trial Update - Lutetium-Lu 177
My
PSA
dropped from 2.0 to 0.3. Had CT and Bone scans done, at the same time, and they show healing and no new mets. My 3rd dose will be 5-31-23. So far my only side effects, I think, were some appetite suppression and constipation for about 4 days.

PSMAddition Phase 1/2 Results?
Last August with,
psa
around 1.4, a psma pet picked up an 8 mm lesion in my right lung and nothing else. Too small to biopsy. Everyone unsure what it was. In November my
psa
was stable at around 1.4 and a ct scan indicated the lesion was unchanged. Too small to biopsy.

I was Gleason 3+4 with a

Time for a vacation, but worried about IADT
As backstory, next month I'll complete the "triple play" treatment plan that included ADT + Docetaxel + Nubeqa + SBRT after recurrent low volume/high risk
PSA
. At the start of this round my
PSA
was 0.9 with a 4 month doubling rate and 2 "possible" hot spots on a rib and vertebra.

Initial PSA drop after 3 months on Lupron
I stared Lupron 1/17/23 and IMRT on 3/21/23 Got my first
PSA
test today and was 0.14 (was 18 before the injection). This is 3 months after the Lupron shot. It seems OK to me based on what I have read - would like to see it below 0.1 after 4 or 5 months - correct?

PSA elevated due to Covid
Has anyone experienced an elevated
PSA
due to Covid? I have been testing my
PSA
in 3-4wk cycles, and it has been on a nice downward trend the past 140 days or so (9.2 ->5.7), no treatments, just supplements and lifestyle change. However, I had a jump of 1.3 in a 3wk timeframe.

Finally , tests done and a consult.
PSA
8. After MRI, biopsy and PSMA (clean), . I finally met with doctor. He seemed more interested in removal. I told him that was off of the table for me. He referred me to an RO, but I have a second consult set up Friday with Univ of Cincinnati.

Concerns about treatment
In 3/2018 realized my
PSA
was .3. Underwent salvation radiation with no change.
PSA
tested every 3 months and has been climbing, except when I tried KETO diet. Attempts to locate using PET scans with Auxim have failed. On 4/5/23 a PET CT PSMA scan revealed cancer in lymph nodes in pelvis region.

He has always had a low
PSA
but it starting rising while waiting for treatment - months and months to have more chemo at UCSF - then it spread to his liver and a few lymphs. He did 10 rounds of chemo at UCSF and finished a few months ago. His
Psa
just jumped 25 points.

Very slow start getting treatment and diagnosis
Hi everyone, My dad went to the doctor recently and discovered he has a
psa
of 255. His doctor ordered him a psma pet scan for a week later which was supposed to be today. He shows up and Kaiser cancelled the scan. They told me it happens a lot that radiology appointments need to be cancelled (?

Prostate cancer test confidence…
I recently requested a physical prostate examination and a
PSA
test after suffering weeks of constant feelings of a need to urine. I had both of the tests as well as a urine test and was told that everything seemed fine.

Does mind over matter work?
My
psa
has been rising for the last 6 months. With no changes other than deep meditation, mindset work and stress management, my
PSA
dropped from 29 to 25. This is the first drop in 7 months.

Physical, Mental, and Diet to slow PC progression.
Ever since being diagnosed with PC last October, I’ve watched my
PSA
go from 9.2 down to 5.3 and bounce up to 7.0 and back down a bit. After the initial shock of the diagnosis wore off, I got busy living again practicing a healthy lifestyle with diet, exercise, and supplements.
