Numb Feet
Well I have succeeded in stopping both the Ropinerole slow release and the Sinemet Plus ! I am now on 600mg of Pregabalin and I don’t think it’s helping much at all and just a quick note thanks to reading some of the posts here I also stopped the Fluoxetine and it had a dramatic impact. My RLS improved

Fourth Cycle, hoping this is our time!
Went straight into a fresh cycle after a failed FET in October, previous MMC in August from a fresh transfer in cycle 3 in July. Had egg collection on Weds, we got 19 eggs, 14 fertilised and we lost one overnight last night. I can’t focus on anything else. This is our fourth cycle, I’m praying it is

Has anyone used Ketamine for PTSD, depression or anxiety?
My therapist had brought it up to me as a possible way to help with my diagnosis’s. She wasn’t too sure if it would be right for me because she isn’t trained in that, but suggested I look into it. Any feedback?

Depression and acceptance
Hi! Following wise advice from people around here, I am in the process of accepting my anxiety and not fight with it. It is a process that takes time but I can already see the benefits. So much so that the depression that preceded it, and that had been drowned by anxiety symptoms, is coming back up to

RLS temporary relief found
I found RLS temporary relief from a topical vaporizing rub. I am currently using Equate brand vaporizing rub. It contains Menthol, Camphor , and Eucalyptus oil. If I am experiencing RLS or forgot to take my medication on time, I rub this on both legs from top to bottom. Works in less than one minute

Off topic warning.
I read once that being prepared early for things helps reduce stress and improve quality of life. ~ This morning we set out to do just that and made both the Chestnut and the Lemon Parsley and Thyme stuffings for Christmas. These are now slumbering in the freezer. Next job is the mince meat for the mince

This period
It's so weird.. all of this shit happening; the atmosphere, the media, the environment. Everything seems weird and I don't know how to act. I'm just sitted here, in front of my hostel.. generator sounds, the wind and the red tinted clouds. These last few days have been really bad, really scary and confusing

Depression from GCA or from prednisone
I hate to complain every time I’m on here. I know many of you have suffered for years and some have endured personal heartaches and tragedy. Life could be a lot worse. I have many friends and relatives but no one really understands what I’m going through. Just like me they never heard of GCA either.

Cumulative steroid dose
I’ve been wandering around the information posts and found this in a post quoting Prof Dasgupta. I am interested in how you calculate the accumulated dose but have been unable to locate the spreadsheet referred to. I was also interested in how many people do actually keep an eye on the accumulated dose
