Advice on blood results and supplementation
I’ve been taking a
B
complex
supplement and Vitamin D plus cofactors for 6-12 months and have introduced Ubiquinol and Selenium in the last month. I also take kyolic garlic (which includes nattokinase) to help keep my blood pressure normal.

Vitamin D and B12
Can I take Vitamin D and my
B
complex
together? My
B
complex
contains folate. I take just B12 the weeks I have blood tests. Also working on ferritin which has raised from 9 (Oct) to 34. Going to get all vitamins retested in March as now on high dose vitamin D for severe deficiency.

Please can you interpret my latest blood test
I recently read a post that said the four symptoms I have continually could be as a result of B12 deficiency, which seems to fit with my result, I am now taking liquid Bioactive B12, by Nature Provides, and Thorne Basic
B
Complex
. Also take Vit D3 4,000IU .

6 weeks post Covid - thyroid symptoms exacerbated
Hi all, Can I just ask do we think Covid effects the thyroid? I have hashimotos and take T4 and T3 (along with high dose vitamin D, B vitamins and spatone). I was super active before Covid but six weeks on from what was a mild infection I’m struggling with horrible fatigue, sore throats and aching -

TSH, T4 and T3 results - are they okay? Hair loss worse.
I have been supplementing Iron, Vit C, B12,
B
complex
, Vit D+K, Magnesium since the beginning of September. I suppose I will have to test these myself. The doctor has also agreed to test for coeliac next week but I don't have many symptoms only occasional bloating and stomach pains.

Any correlation between Pca and Herpes virus?
He discussed his research findings with an infectious disease doctor and put him on Acyclovir for the herpes for life combined with vitamin D3 and
B
complex
. With this, he's been able to maintain the bone cancer at bay for 5+ years with no progression and in good health.

What affects folate levels?
I’ve been very lax at supplementing for about the last 6-8 weeks because we’re having work done in the house, so things aren’t to hand and therefore out of sight, out of mind, but until then I had been supplementing every day with

Slight rise in thyroid antibody
I’ve had lots of weird symptoms seen a number of consultants still no proper diagnosis. I have positive family history for hypothyroidism but my results just bump along borderline low t3 tsh that ranges from 3 to 4.5. I did a trial of levothyroxine but made me feel very unwell. I have got nodules on

Also taking Vit D 1000mg, Thorne Research Vit

capsule and Magnesium citrate 100mg. Still feeling weak particularly in the mornings, but it's an improvement over the 150mg dose I was on previously.

RH Negative Blood Type and B12 Deficiency
This study https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4619848/ seems to say individuals with Rh negative blood types are more likely to have vitamin B deficiencies. Read the paragraph under Table 1. I have negative blood type. I wonder how many members on this site also have negative blood types
