Now, starting to read that vitamin

I was hoping to be stable on a low dose of
b

vitamin B1 - added supplements
Hi, can anyone recommend good quality Magnesium and vitamin
B
complex
supplements to take alongside vitamin B1? I live in the UK. There seems to be different types of magnesium and do I look for a
B
Complex
that has a low amount of B6 (if that is possible). Would be grateful for any advice.

Folder levels high
I know one should take a
B
complex
with B12 injections but I don't want my folate levels to go higher. Maybe I didn't wait long enough after the methyl folate supplement to test? How can I get the other B vitamins if I don't want any more folate? Any advice would certainly be appreciated!

Homocysteine Nutrients
https://www.seekinghealth.com/products/homocysteine-nutrients I really like the sound of this product but I’m concerned about the B vitamins that are missing, namely B3 and B1. It also doesn’t have inositol, choline or biotin, although I don’t know how important they

and separate Igennus B12. It’s early days, but in due course I plan to increase levo to 75mg, then 100mg, if my obliging GP will prescribe it.

Stopping B vits before test
Just checking, I'm now taking separate B12 drops as well as a
B
complex
- I'm ok to keep taking these drops up until the day before a blood test aren't I? Am I right in thinking it's just supplements containing biotin (ie the
B
complex
in my case) you should stop a week before?

Nervous tummy
I was wondering about any recommendations for vitamin
B
complex
or any other vitamins that might help to build me back up and relieve this for me. I currently have my EOD B12 injection and folinic acid pill.
