X-ray results
Docs secretary rang two days later saying Report says
chest

in 6/8 weeks. Why would they need to repeat it? I keep worrying about it. Could a chest infection disguise possible lung cancer maybe?

Introduction
Due to a dodgy
chest
X
-
ray
, a decision hasn’t been made on the dreaded Methotraxate - still awaiting results of CT scan. Can’t say that I’m fussed about using Methotextrate anyway. I was in our public system, but they were doing my head in, so I’ve a private appt at the end of April.

Clicking in my throat that sounds like popping candy with a slight wheeze. Does anyone have the same?
I do have a walk in appointment for a
chest

but I'm too frightened to go as I am too scared to know the outcome. I'm nearly 50 but still have young children so can't bare the thought that I might be really ill.

Ongoing chest problems
At my last hospital appointment I had various bloods taken to check for cystic fibrosis and a
chest
x

ray
with a CT scan pending. I also have an immunology appointment coming up in April. I had the sweat test as a baby to test for CF but the consultant wants to rule it out as a possibility.

Hyperinflated lung question
I went for a
chest

and was then referred and saw specialist the x Ray said that the left lung was hyoerinflated. I had the CT scan 2 weeks later and that showed on hyperinflation and my specialist went through it with me and said the lungs looked good no signs of any COPD etc.

“Fitness for Surgery” OR Pre-Op
Five years ago I had surgery delayed for three months and all that was repeated was BMI, various blood tests and
chest

. The latter may only have been done as the delay occurred over the winter months and I had a chesty cough at one stage.

Chest infection recovery
I have visited the doctors many times, because it hadn't improved, and I have had a
chest
x
ray
(which was clear) the doctors seemed to think I had asthma, as I had it as a child so it might've returned, so I was given an inhaler and put on a course of antibiotics and 1 set of steroids.
