On a roll

Just completed w6r1 this morning. I worried about this one because I kept seeing "this run can catch you out" and to be honest I wasn't exactly sure what that meant. However, mind over matter got me through. I'm loving the fitness/health benefits of this program, as I never in a million years thought I would be able to do this. Thank you everone for all the support. Roll on r2.

Brilliant! Don’t give any room to the mind gremlins and you will fly through the next run (at 🐌 🐢 pace) 👍🏻
