Was that owl cheering me on?

I have just got back after completing my first run of week 9, 30 minutes of running non stop.

I am very fortunate that I live in a village and I, now, run (👍) down a quiet lane with fields either side. At the very beginning of the process I saw an owl sat on a fence post just ahead of me and it flew past me as I went past. Today as I rounded the bend to what I know is my final 5 minutes, I saw the owl again, it flew in the field alongside me for a while before flying across my path and away over another field. I found myself smiling even though I was feeling a bit tired by this point.

And whilst I do feel very proud of myself for managing the 30 minutes I can’t help but think how lucky I am, had I not got up today and made the decision to run, I never would have seen such a wonderful sight. And yes, I may be crazy but I think that owl was cheering me on 🤣🤣🤣
