Hi,

When I was diagnosed with endometriosis In 2006 I mention to my gynea how bad my pms was and he advised me to take vit b6 and evening primrose oil . I’ve always purchased them and after trying some different brands found the Superdrug ones best for me yet also affordable , they now seem to be discontinued and my circumstances have changed .

I Know Different people that get Different vitamins on nhs prescription and wondered if anyone had any experience of getting these or similar on nhs prescription ,as I’ve been without these vitamins before and know I need them.

🤔 You can get Healthy Start vitamins for free if you qualify for Healthy Start. A GP may also recommend supplements if you need them for a medical condition.

🤔 It seems likely that unless adults are diagnosed with a severe deficiency needing medical intervention, vitamins and supplements will need to be purchased over the counter.
