New scales

Hi, day one of the 12 week weight loss..have treated myself to a decent pair of scales. It's the John Lewis body analyzer digital scale. It will be interesting how accurate the water ratio and body fat ratio are worked out?? Can't see how it's possible working out the water percentage...alongs the weight is accurate. What scales do you have?

I was thinking of new scales because the ones I have don t seem to be that great how are ur ones?

I'm getting on with them fine, much better than my old digital scales. With this one if I get off then on again it still reads exactly the same , my previous ones gave a different reading each time, even a pound out sometimes. Still getting used to the body fat and water reading but alongs it gives me an accurate reading of my weight I'm happy.....or not , lol.
