Wow! I'm 1.8kgs ( almost 4lbs) lighter this week! Is that because of the new digital scales I've bought? The old dial scales were quite ropey.... I've made a note of my fat & water reading too, well, just as well as the scales tell me anyway
I'm a bit perplexed about the gain around my bust & the fact that my waist & hip measurements are the same as last week, however, this is the 1st time I've actually noted down these figures so I may find that it is my usual monthly cycle... only time will tell...
So, it's onto Week 5 with a smile on my face and less weight on my knees... Lol!
