I weighed myself today after an absence of six weeks. The good news is that I have lost 5lbs (bringing my weight down to 10st 3lbs). which I'm so pleased about. I have tried to eat healthy, some days it just hasn't been possible, as my daughters mental health had become a rather unstable, so my caring roll had increased, I've had very little time to spare, and what time I have had I have used wisely. The good-news is that I have managed to continue with my gym workouts four times a week. Which has helped with my mental health and weight loss.

Nice to see you back, I hope your daughter is better now. Great weight loss considering youve been busy , I always find the gym is a great way to work off tension, endorphins ho!
