My height is 5 Feet 9 inches
Now i am worried about increasing weight
Before 3 months my wight is 77 kgs
In last 3 months of winter it increased 4-5 kgs

now i want to loose my weight
Currently i dont do any aerobics activities
I am walking daily 7000 - 8000 steps.
i am eating breakfast in morning half wheat bhakhri .
1-2 cup of tea.
In afternoon 2 roti with sabji.
and one small bowl of dal rice and 2 glass buttermilk
in evening one wheat bhakhri and sabji And 2 glass buttermilk
daily i drink near about 3 litres of water.
