So I am 41 years old and I've been overweight most of my adult life.
I suffer with binge eating and have done for as long as I can remember.
I chose to eat for any occasion - happy or sad and life seems to revolve around meals, snacks and generally being unhealthy so it's time to make some changes.
I don't want to get into my 50's still feeling like this so it's time to get it under control now so that by the time I hit the big 5-0 I am in maintenance and managing my eating better.
I need to weigh myself and take measurements which I will do soon.
I'm just eating my way through all the bad food I've got at home - I can't bring myself to throw it out.
Also going to keep an actual food diary because this does help me.
