Normal BMI
Thinking about it, it does make sense as the body will know it does not really need to lose weight, from a biological point of view. It likes to keep things the same = homeostasis, which regulates all other bodily functions.
When you change your diet your metabolic markers like BP will come down long before the weight loss, that's why you should look at those markers first and ignore the weight. If you're getting healthier you could be building muscle and bone density which means that yur weight isn't coming down although your body shape and health is improving. Muscle helps to soak up excess glycogen spikes so once you build up muscle you'll store less fat. youtu.be/kZXVqvn1uhw?si=Bc4...

Get to my age - 64 and I am also concerned about the things I can't see - my internal organs so I weigh myself about once a month . I have upped swimming and walking .
