Thank you, yes I've done slimming world before I was a target member before and it's been a massive help for me in the past, it keeps me on the straight and narrow with food and drink

Good luck Tessie66,

I was also a target member with SW 👍

Thank you going to try and behave myself with this diet although I know it's hard to fall into the trap of just having a chocolate bar or crisps or a drink 🍸 🤔

So long as you count it on SW , you'll do ok 🙂

I think being a target member can be just as hard at times

Always been curious about having to pay to lose weight . What does SW offer that just tweaking food doesn't ?

The main reason for me is if I do it on my own I just don't do it and eat anything I fancy, going to slimming and getting weighed makes me do it

Hi focused1,

I was skeptical of SW but, had 12 weeks free from the NHS. The physical group really helped me as well as tips on food etc, we would have food swap nights etc and there's a shared goal-everyone is there for the same reason and other members genuinely wanted to help each other. In my group there was also a discounted gym membership and we had a local cafe that made SW meals and deserts!

Hello Tessa 66A very good idea going to slimming world. I used to go to a slimming world group and I got to my target.

There are lots of food that is free to eat so is a fairly easy diet to follow.

And there are low sun foods you can treat yourself to.

All the best in your weight loss.
