First of all we'll done that's brilliant losing all that weight, I'm exactly 146kgs with a bmi of 42.4 so I'm trying to lose also, I'd like to know how you did this Iro1 please as I'm struggling with weight loss even though I use the gym 3 time's a week? I would so like to even get down to 120 kgs that's losing 26kgs... Once again that's a fabulous achievement 👏
8.5 yrs ago my BMI was 44, then I read the original version of this and it made all the difference healthunlocked.com/weight-l...
I lost over 7st/47kg following those eating guidelines and not one trip to the gym
This member has done even better healthunlocked.com/weight-l...
Thanks moreless that's incredible to lose all that weight you must feel so much better being lighter, I didn't realise insulin plays a big part and in reading about it as made me understand a little more but I'm going back to it again and you didn't go to the gym! I always thought exercise and no pain no gain was the only way forward. I'm going to read about the other member you posted to me who did even better, the mind boggles as this site is so useful in going forward and hope I can start to take on board and lose weight from today onwards 🤞
Unfortunately we're fed the 'eat less, move more' mantra which really has very little to do with weight loss. You may find this helpful too healthunlocked.com/weight-l...
You can do this!
Well I'm going to give it a go as nothing to lose apart from weight lol👍
Good for you!
Thanks for information, I'm rejigging my brain now👌
It may take a little while, because it goes against everything we've been told, but it's worth it in the end
Yes I do realise I'll take time but this about insulin I ain't heard of before that's why I'm going to read over info until I've made total sense of it🙂
If you look at your past posts, you'll see that I gave you the same information in December '22 healthunlocked.com/weight-l... and reminded you about it in May '23 healthunlocked.com/weight-l... then similar advice was given just 10 days ago healthunlocked.com/weight-l...
This time you'll crack it
Yes I remember having information from you and stuff in life stalled me going forward, never say Never but I aim for this to be the time as in right frame of mind with health issue's lymphodema in both lower leg's flare ups that took my eye off the ball moreless 😕
well done fantastic🏆🎉🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳🥳👏👏👏👏👏
