Well I have had a very bust couple weeks. Helped out at work in the cold and Xmas on the way and to top it my daughter in law was rushed into emergency surgery. So food has been the last thing to worry about. Hospital food isn't that healthy surprisingly. You would think that they would have some access to healthy eating in their cafes. It's predominately cakes and sandwiches. O well. Anyway I weighed in yesterday and only gained 1lb. I had feared the worst. I thought maybe 3 or 4 as I hadn't been to slimming world for a couple weeks. So must have eaten some good food.
She's out now and back at home. So I can now get back on track. Only 1/2 stone to get to target. Nearly there. Was hoping to do ut before Xmas but life got in the way. But hopefully will achieve that early Jan. So guess what my new years resolution it. Yes. Get to my target weight. Yaaa. But I am happy with my loss so far. Total weight loss is 6 stone 6lbs.
Almost there. This group is so supportive. Its nice to talk. Thank you all

You have done amazing to lose all that weight. I don't think I could ever go to weight watchers. I do intermittent fasting and started off at 24 stone, if I can lose a couple of pounds I'll be in the 19 stone category.I seem want to be around 17 stone which will still be overweight but I would be happy with that I'm almost 70 years old.
Thats also an amazing amount to lose. Just keep going you'll get there. Fasting wouldn't work for me tbh. When I get hungry I get grumpy as well and then go for anything that's going. But if that works for you then that's the way to do it.
I think only 1lb is good going considering! I nibble more too when family members are ill, not sure if you have that issue as well. Anyhow, half a stone to target is amazing, good luck to being at your goal in the new year🤞
