Hello HannahB10 and welcome to the forum :)

I see from your profile that you have diabetes. You may find these articles and videos useful, though they mainly refer to Type 2 healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

You'll find everything you need to get the most out of the forum by following this link healthunlocked.com/weight-l... I recommend the Daily Diary (you'll get lots of ideas there) and the weekly weigh in. Join in as much as you can and you'll soon get to know people :)

Yes I've been on the heart forum for a couple years and noticed this one the other day. Would love to shift off a stone so thought it might be useful for healthy recipes etc! 😊

Have a look at the daily diary and also Springers Specials - there's a new one every month.

I thought I'd posted a courgette fritters recipe a while ago but I can't find it: it's probably around somewhere.

I do a sort-of frittata with courgette. 2 large eggs, whisked. Grated courgette with excess water squeezed out, added to the eggs. A bit of chopped mint. All in an omelette pan with butter. When it starts to set, I add blobs of goats cheese or feta, then finish it off under the grill where it puffs up nicely :)

Lovely thanks for that🤗

I've done courgette muffins in the oven but I'll have to give the omlette pan a try! 😎

Same idea, I should think. I do like a bit of mint, it gives it something extra :)

You've reminded me, I love courgette/zucchini sliced, fried, topped with a poached egg and a sprinkle of dried chilli - haven't done that for ages

Hi Southeastgirl you'd be made more than welcome over on the weightloss forum if you want to tackle that 1 st - it's very quiet today - think it's a kind of Thursday Thing before the weekend warriors get going. Here's the link... healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

I'm still just trying to read all the tutorials on how to make it only readable/visible to members only...seems a lot of links to read before posting 😃

Southeastgirl profile image
Southeastgirl2023 July

So what I can read.....you only have to tick members only on new posts?

I just want to make sure only members can anyone see what I post on the weigh in if I reply

BridgeGirl profile image

Yes, only members can see your replies on the weigh in or any of our other regular posts (the ones in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

To check if a post is locked i.e . only visible to community members, look on the line below the title of the post. If it's locked, you'll see a little padlock to the right of where it says number of replies. If it's not (like this one) you won't.

Follow the link to the weigh in and you'll see the title, below that the name of the host, number of replies and the lock. Read the post which explains how it works, then Reply to Clematisa1 who is the host this week. DON'T click on Write or you'll create a new post rather than joining in with the existing one
