hi, I have no idea about these trends in Apple fitness but I’m looking at increasing my fitness and just wondered if these trends looked ok? What should I realistically be aiming for?

Any help appreciated!

Thanks

Nicole

Hi Roxie92, and welcome to Weight Loss Support

Now I’m not familiar with apple fitness apps, but what you’ve posted gives the impression that you’re doing well! 😊

We do have a Fit is Fun group on here and someone from there might have a better idea and it’s a group that offers support more generally too.

Actually, all of our groups are very supportive, and you might get some great ideas elsewhere in our forum e.g. daily menu planning, recipes, weigh ins and challenges, especially if you’re on a weight loss journey.

I’ve added a link to the bottom of this reply so you can have a browse, it includes the Fit is Fun.

The very best of luck 🍀
