Why don't you post this in the daily diary group Bluelady-sing ? Along with your plans for the rest of the days meals. I'm sure everyone there would love to say hi and you might pick up some new meal ideas (or we might get some from you!)

Part 1 will be open until tonight and after that it'll switch to part 2 🙂 healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

What do you think? You've had several lengthy replies to your previous posts: what did you find useful from them?

I don't think posting random pictures like this will get you far if you're not up for trying something different

Can't see properly but I guess - soup - was this from a can ? If so my advice is to look at salt content as if you scan into an app like MFP it will clearly show calories and basic macros . I got round this by simply microwaving a handful of frozen veg and only using half a can of soup and this on its own for lunch stopped me wanting a sandwich .

Sandwiches - bread - If you love it but are trying to shed pounds then I personally would add to a treats list = 2x max per week . Looks like plastic processed cheese too but I might be wrong . I would replace with canned fish, lean chicken or if cheese have cottage cheese with your bread Better protein content and I don't use any butter or marg but low cal salad cream moistens the bread or spice up chicken with a sprinkle of paprika / herbs .Canned fish I use vinegar , black pepper and cottage cheese is nice with any herbs , few chopped tomatoes , cucumber , onion .. A mixed salad with a sandwich maybe better than soup .If I am at home a 2 egg omelette with a few mushrooms , onion , peppers , tomato is filling .

It is hard to sometimes think of variety and when hungry it is an effort . I make my breakfast and chop all for a salad and throw in the fridge ready then I can just throw on any protein so easily whilst the kettle is boiling for my drink .
