Second week weigh in after returning to forum.Start weight 18st 10lbs

Last weeks weight 18st 10lbs

Weight this week 18st 4lbs

Total loss 6lbs

First proper weigh in after long time away.Joined last week.I know its not unusual to lose big on your first week but Im pretty pleased with myself.Im a food addict and my weakness is crisps. Also I am on medication for my health condition which increases appetite. But ive made a start and im happy with my weight loss this week.

Still trying to navigate my way round site after returning after quite a bit of time.
