First weigh in of this year!!

I really need to lose weight this year, my health depends on it. I'm now 11st 5lbs but I'm only 5ft tall so very overweight ! Used to be 7st which was the right weight for my height. I really need so much help and support. Any suggestions to help would be greatly appreciated . I have osteoarthritis , some sone exercises are difficult to do
