Hello There, nice to hear from you. I know it’s so difficult, my husbands parents are both elderly and still in their own bungalow and my husband does the lions share of help, with no support from his only brother. I have a mother who is 76 and on list for a new hip, I am the only one, so have always felt responsible for her, she has her own house and refuses to consider downsizing, which is frustrating. I hope you lose weight and I’m sure you will, I have started eating a lot more veg, mixing it up with stir fry’s and veggie curries, Mackway curry sauce tastes great. Try and have little walks too, makes all the difference getting outside. Take care and good luck, and love to your cat, I have a lovely little dog called Tilly.
