Any tips?

My start weight in April this year.. 147.2kg

Goal weight is 116... current weight is 122.3 but it’s not dropping quickly enough... Any tips to speed it up a little?

Nothing drastic, just closer to 2kg a week rather than the current just over 1kg a week...

You've made a great start. Anything in the region of 1kg a week is very respectable. That would see you at your goal weight in November. I suggest, whatever you do, make it sustainable so that moving on to maintenance won't be a big challenge.

You'll find it almost impossible to lose any more than 1kg as it takes time for the body to break down fat. When people do lose more is because they're losing fluid. If you lose weight fast you end up with a lot of flabby skin for a while until the skin tightens up.
