Hey everyone hope your having a great week! This is my first week on the 12 NHS plan. Where I’ve always struggled prev is the weekend (mostly Saturdays) . Basically good all week but then blow it at weekend and be back at square one! I don’t drink alcohol it’s food is the issue . It’s like a habit we’ve got into . Maybe cake during the day and take away at night ..: help .. xx

How about coming up with a gorgeous meal that fits in with your plan? Trying new recipes and new ingredients can keep the interest going so you don't need to feel you're missing out
