The new grown up me!

Hi there I am new to this in the past I didn’t think I had a weight problem but I am taking myself out of denial and admitting I have several unhealthy attitudes to food and 🍷 alcohol and smoking only 2/3 a day but now looking forward to a new healthier me!

We've met in another post already . You find lots of really supportive people on here.

How about joining us on the drinkless club - some of us are cutting out alcohol completely and others are limiting the amount they drink.

Hi there I think I qualify for the drink less group because I rarely drink at all now apart from tea I said to my brother I need to start A Tea Drinkers Anonymous Group - he always makes sure we are well stocked up whenever I visit him!
