It’s so much painful to see that when I got distracted from my path, my all hard-works go in vain. On 25th December last year I reached 63.5 kg which was amazing but then I started gaining back again. At the upward phase so much I try to rein it keeps going up up up !!!

Omg I’m like that! You work so hard for so long, and then the feeling of accomplishment sets in and so it’s time to celebrate abd reward ourselves with the wrong things!! Grrrr!!!
