There may be a group within HealthUnlocked for people with Heart Problems if that is what you are looking for.

Thankyou Bridge Girl ,I would love to join your Group .I have Some health problems Not Heart Related but do need motivation as I think I will be having major surgery soon .🤞

Motivation means your reasons for doing something: for you, health concerns and surgery seems to be one thing: maybe you have other motives for losing weight: some people find it useful to write those down so they can come back to them at times when they're flagging.

This is a great place for information and support: all you need to do is jump in, join activities, read and reply to posts, encourage others - it will all pay off for you. Start by looking through all our Pinned Posts which you'll find here healthunlocked.com/weight-l... You'll see the first post is Welcome Newbies, the third is today's weigh in, the fourth is the Daily Diary and so on. Joining a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice, and using the Daily Diary where members share their meal plans, is a great way to get to know people and get you involved with this community.
