Haven't been on here for over 2 years so I thought is was time to come back. Like many others I am furloughed so I've been trying to fill my time. In January I took part in a challenge for The Royal British Legion called Tommy Steps, I walked 5+ miles a day wearing a weighted vest and carrying a weighted backpack. In total I covered the distance of the 155 mile fighting retreat to Dunkirk, I completed 5 days early so I am now taking part in another walking challenge. I have found that these challenges have kept me going and with the added side effect of some weight loss and inch loss. To compliment this I am now following the 12 week NHS plan, its going well so far, I plan all meals a week in advance and have made a few food swaps. My weight loss hasn't been dramatic, since I started this I've lost about 3 lbs, lost 3 inches all over and 1.5% bodyfat.
Just so you know what I'm working with :
Height: 5ft, 3
Weight: 11st, 4lbs
Dress size 12/14
Have a good day everyone : )
