LCHF without dairy?

Hi there, I’m currently calorie counting which I find fits with family life because I can eat the same meals as wife and kids. Interested in exploring LCHF but I have a dairy intolerance (that’s a big part of why I dismissed it as an option months ago).

Wondering if anyone does LCHF without cheese, cream, yoghurt, milk, etc?

Keen to work on cutting carbs anyway, but would like to see if LCHF is possible for me.

I have a vegan friend who just did LCHF so you can do it without milk for sure 🙂
