Weight when first started losing in October 2019 13 stone 2

Next goal 10 stone 13 so lose 5lb.

Hi everyone! I have been a Weight Watchers member but have mainly lost weight over the last year through calorie counting. I am wanting to still lose some more for my health and am looking for a friendly community to join. I've decided to not do WW anymore so have cancelled my subscription, as I was only half doing it anyway and don't want to be counting points forever now that I know how to eat healthily. Its easier to watch my calorie intake and do exercise. I hope I can share my journey on here and encourage others to achieve their goals!!

Hi kazzajogger and welcome back. I see that in October you were a member of the Wednesday Wobblers. Did you mean to post your weight there? The feed will open at 9. PM. Just reply to your host. Here's the link.
