Hi all. I’m totally new to dieting but have realised it’s time to do something about my slowly increasing weight. I am interested in healthy eating as opposed to dieting so look8ng forwards to reading all tips and ideas. I would be very interested in recipes for healthy family meals. Also need to up my exercise to include some weights currently do Zumba and some daily walking. Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated, appreciate this is a change over time but need to make a start now. Good luck all x

Hi! I'm sure you will get inspiration here, the bigger challenge for me has been to fit everything with the family flow (I've been here only for a week and a half) so still not there yet.

I don't think I can get the whole family into low carbs as rice and pasta are faves and vegs a fight with one of my boys but they will get the benefits of my healthier choices as well in their plates. So far I'm just replacing it rice and pasta for myself, and some days eating different dishes. I have cauliflower rice steam bags in the freezer to save my day if needed 🤷

I need a big kickstart and if that's means I will be having different food for a while I will do it, I think things will get settled with a bit of time
