Due to constant bloating, weight gain and not having a period for three months, I decided to see a private doctor. Turns out I do not have PCOS. I was misdiagnosed. I feel very low. I’ve lost around two pounds this week. Which is something I guess. I feel so out of sync with my body. Any motivational tips?

Misdiagnosed and moody
That's good news and well done for your 2lb loss! Would you like to join our weigh in today? Here's the link, I hope to see you there! x
Hello Krish, That is great news, I understand you being annoyed with being mis diagnosed , but you should be relieved that you don't have PCOS. Did this private Doctor give you any ideas as to why you have had no period for 3 months?
Well done on your 2lb weight loss, that is a good loss in the 2 weeks that you have been here.
Here are my motivational tips,
Join the weigh in, Lytham has even made it very easy for you, she has given you the link below. They are a very chatty group today and will make you welcome.
Join in with the Daily Diary on a daily basis sharing your menu plan so that we can see what you are eating. We will be better able to give you advice.
Go back to your original welcome and the link to Pinned Posts, have a read of the post there called 'When weight loss is a struggle', it will explain to you why we find it so hard to loose.
I would strongly suggest that you cut down on all white carbs, you will notice a difference very quickly with the bloating and the indigestion and this in turn will also help with the moodiness. Give it a try and see if I am right, what do you have to loose, other than weight
Today is a new day. Turn it into a positive day, not a moody day. Take time to read lots of information here, especially that post that I have just told you about and start to join in with the forum. It is going to be very hard to support you, if you don't join in
You can do this
I see a lot of great news here Krish2212 .
You don`t have PCOS
You`ve lost two pounds this week
You`ve discovered you were being supported by a questionable GP and got rid of him/her
I`m glad for you. Let`s work this mood out so you can come back here next week to share even more great news with us. <3
Have a nice Wednesday.
