This is my first post here so here goes
Breakfast porridge oats, sprinkle of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, banana and skimmed milk.
Lunch home made vegetable soup with goats cheese cheeselet.
Dinner boiled egg with toast.
Snacks grapefruit, peach
Looks quite boring now I've written it down.
Activity some gardening and usual housework. I have a balance board I've not used in ages so will have a go this evening.
