Part of my new home exercise equipment. I am insistent I will manage a pull up one day!

I couldn't do a pull up to save my life, it's intriguing though. Have you checked out something like this or have someone to help you reach your goal? youtu.be/wuVnNxxk63Q

Yes I have done plenty of reading and watched a couple of videos on pull up and chin up form, and how to go about it as a complete beginner. Thank you for the video though :D

😊 Nice - just hold on to that determination then, keep trying and and you will surely get there 😊

I used to be able to do chin ups. I got there by doing negatives; that is, using a chair to get to the top position, and then lowering myself down as slowly as I could. Repeat until failure. Then one day I realised I didn't need the chair to get to the top!
