Hi everyone! Since a few weeks ago when I lost 5lbs, I unfortunately haven’t lost anything since then, even after following my plan and sticking to it. I now find myself dwindling off track and unmotivated. Any motivational tips to carry on? I really need to carry on for myself but am having a real struggle at the minute :((

What was your plan, Amber_x03? At 16, all you should be concerned with is eating healthily, not cutting calories.
If you stick to 3 good meals a day, eating homemade food cooked from scratch using meat, fish, eggs, full fat dairy, vegetables, some fruit and healthy fats, avoid processed foods like vegetable oils, low fat spreads, low fat and fat free dairy, 'diet' foods like so called 'healthy' cereal/breakfast bars and no snacking between meals, you'll look and feel better and the excess fat you're carrying will go.
Don't worry about the scales and your weight, the mirror and your friends/family will be able to see the difference and you'll be able to feel the difference.
Be patient and consistent and all good things will come your way
Can I echo this? I read your previous post, and you said something like "I always lose weight then put it back on". That means you are 16 and have been on at least 3 diets. You are well on the path to a lifetime of yoyo dieting, and it's time do something different.
Start with Moreless's advice, and then come to the daily diary and tell us what you are eating. It might be difficult at first, but there are many on here that did what you are doing when they were 16,and it's dogged them ever since.
