So it's only been 4 days but I'm feeling pretty good overall. Enjoying the meals and fruit. Found a new love for mango (kept saying melon previously but got them mixed up lol). I need to stop weighing myself on a daily basis, apparently I've lost 3.5 lbs so far, might get my boyfriend to hide the scales until weigh day lol. Feeling rather proud of myself tbh especially as I'm currently on my period which is really bad but I haven't given up or snacked to make myself feel better. Also, I see we have 101,010 members.. with someone who has an OCD thing with numbers, that's a very pleasing number to look at, random I know lol.
