Hi. I'm hoping that recording this will help me lose weight! I've just been on the scales and up to 16 stone exactly. For the last ten years it's been on or arround 15 stone.
My latest attempt at dieting is to eat a lot of brown bread so will check if this works! I've had a few crazy diet ideas and this one is a bit more sensible I think.
My partner is back on her diet, so hopefully this will help also, ie. less takeaways and temptations.

Im not sure any ‘diet’ let alone one of purely brown bread will sustain you for very long, 😱 Have a good look around the forum and do some reading but please just ask if you have any questions
