So I have lost 4lb and half an inch from my waist this week! My goal is to lose about 20lb and 3 inches from my waist to begin with...
Ive eaten tons of food and even had treats! I've avoided chocolate all together though, which I plan to continue doing. I've eaten 2 eggs a day for breakfast (with other stuff such as rivita, avocado, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans...), then loaded up on slow roasted veg with decent olive oil most days! Plenty of salads, soups, fruit. I've been on 3 brisk walks and 2 home workouts, which is a bit more than usual. i've also eaten pizza, homemade breads, homemade curry's, lots of cheese and yogurts, loads of yummy stuff! xx
