So after not going to the gym for three weeks due to hurting my back I decided I wasn't going to do a lot but I really enjoyed it 30 minutes on the spin bike, 20 mins doing couch to 5k and starting from the beginning then rower for 10 then weights was really pleased with myself then I weighed myself ,!!! Omg I could've cried I've never been this big in my life I'm so annoyed with myself I'm even embarassed to put it on here ,!

It does become addictive - the more you go also stops me eating as much . Try a group class . I give somebody the odd lift there and back which keeps me going .
