In Bruges !

Dear All

Firstly I'm a newbie to this forum but have been a member of Health Unlocked BLT for just over 12 months.

My start weight 18 month ago 13.12lbs

Last Weeks weight 10.10lbs

This weeks weight 10 10lbs

Loss NIL

Total loss 3st 2lbs

I'm currently in Bruges celebrating hubby's 70th until the 23rd, then family party 24th then we have Christmas Day celebrations so I'm expecting a naughty weight gain of between 2 and 4lbs!

I'm returning back to the gym for my usual 25 to 30 kilometer daily cycle plus some weight lifting on the 26th when the gym re opens! 😊

My target is to loose a further stone if possible but don't want to get that haggard aging look!

Hope you enjoyed Bruges and then Christmas/New Year , and if you gained a couple of pounds don't worry, I think most of us did 😉

Well done to lose 3st in 18 months , that's a safe steady loss that should be much easier to maintain. This forum is a godsend in terms of support and useful tips. I hope it is for you too.😊

Coincidentally, my hubby too is soon to hit 70, and we'll celebrate first with family in Topsham Devon, then with friends in the Cotswolds . So it rather sounds like we are a similar age and natural size , I started five years ago at 12st but nowadays mostly 9st7-9st10.
