So I hate to say my weight has ballooned to 15 stone 13. I officially started on Monday and according to my scales I’ve dropped 2lbs already but I’m not sure how accurate that is. I’m following the 1400 calorie recommendation and the couch to 5k exercise program but switching running for cycling as I have osteoarthritis and it feels less painful.
Can’t believe I’m actually enjoying the food although I am slightly hungry. I’m sure that will be less of a problem as my stomach adjusts lol
