went swimming today

My Daughter took me to the swimming today, and amazingly I managed to do at least 20 lengths, as I have Peripheral Neuropathy plus Ataxia, and Osteoporosis, plus Angina oh dear, you must think I am writing a medical journal !!!! just to say, That manging to swim is wonderful, so along with careful with what I ate, here is hoping I have lost at least a Lb when I weigh myself in the morning. I have not so far lost ANY weight since I joined . Thank you all for encouragement, you are all amazingly wonderful ---- lottie
