So I’ve exercised 5 days this week ! Feeling awesome right now I haven’t lost any weight but I’m not even that bothered. Haven’t measured inches yet. I’m just happy to be back to working out daily and following a programme and to be eating healthy again my body feels good

Wtg FDW that's some commitment. Considering the amount of exercise, you're probably right not to be bothered about a lack of weight loss at the moment, as you're possibly building up muscle.
You mention that you're eating healthily which is good. You could get further feedback by joining the Daily Diary. It's a good place for gauging what others are eating, providing ideas and receiving any constructive comments.
One tip that springs to mind, would be to measure those inches now. Motivationally speaking, sometimes the body doesn't lose weight but the inches still change as our body shape changes.
I see you've already joined Lytham 's Sexy for Summer Challenge. Maybe have a look at this forum in more detail and you will see that there are plenty of other challenges to help maintain daily, weekly or even more long term focus. They are also good fun and a great way of meeting others.

Still 'going on' ... have you considered changing your name to something more positive. I'm a big believer that the more we surround ourselves with positive things then the more good occurs and conversely, the opposite can also be true.
